Papa Kwabla Pavis-Djre has over twenty-four (24) years of work experience in the areas of Accountancy & Finance, Investment & Asset Management, Corporate Finance & Research, Micro finance, Health Insurance, Auditing, Brokerage, Construction, Oil & Gas Marketing, Commodity Trading, Importation of General Commodities, Transportation &Haulage, Teaching and Training. Papa Kwabla is currently the General Manager of Hilson Petroleum Ghana Limited, an oil & gas, petroleum, and bulk distribution company. He has built an illustrious career throughout which he has held various positions ranging from Finance Manager to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of several notable companies, where he has led numerous cross-functional teams to augment stakeholder retention and achieve overall organizational success.
He has been involved in several key organizational projects such as the listing of Clydestone Ghana Limited (CLYD), the first Information Technology company, on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) to be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and Benso Oil Palm Plantation Limited (BOPP), the first Palm Oil producing company to be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
He has also been involved in various national projects, including the conduction of a market survey for the zero effect of customer care at both the departure and arrival halls of the Kotoka International Airport (KIA), Accra for the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority and the conduction of a market feasibility study for the piloting of the Door-to-Door Postal Service delivery system in Accra for the Ghana Post Company Limited.
Papa Kwabla is a Finance and Investment Management practitioner as well as a Health Insurance practitioner and Business & Financial Behaviour Management Coach. Most recently, he has served as the Group General Manager of Deliman Group Limited. He is also the CEO and Managing Director of Gamma Petroleum & Energy Services Ltd, CEO of Eliseli Ltd, a sourcing and supply company. He has also served on various company boards, helping to promote the interests of shareholders and the companies by overseeing the administration and proper organization of operations.
Papa Kwabla holds an MSc. in Business & Economics from the Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden, and an MSc. in International Accounting & Finance from the Buckinghamshire New University, UK, and a BA (Hons) in Administration (Accounting & Economics) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has also taken various courses, such as a Certificate in Legal & Regulatory and Supervision of Brokerage firms from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
